Although, Bulgaria-Furniture Ltd is a Bulgaria VAT registered company, it has a British sales manager - John Kaye, who makes sure Western standards are met in everything we do. Our Bulgarian delivery and manufacturing team has experience with hundreds of furnished properties mainly in the areas of Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas, Bansko, Varna area, Sofia, Pamporovo and in many other areas in Bulgaria.

What packages do we offer?


There are 3 ranges to choose from the furniture packs. The main difference is in the available choice of extras and optional items. Designs and quality can be chosen interactively so we don't have special "bronze", "silver" and "gold" packages. Prices may vary considerably from selections you make. The main packages are:

Fitted Furniture
This is our basic starting package, made individually for each apartment and includes all basic fitted units in the kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and hallway.

Fully Furnished
It includes the fitted furniture as described above plus a sofa, arm chair(s), coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV.

Fully Equipped
It includes all mentioned in the other packages plus all kitchen utilities, soft furnishing, electric items, a change of bedding and towels, blinds (optional), lighting (optional), heating (optional), to enable the accommodation to be used immediately and to comply with the travel agent's rental requirements. This is our up-scale package that allows best choice of optional items.

What is the buying process? How to order online?

- Choose your furniture:
You should start by choosing your preferred furniture package by making selections in our online order form (available here). There is an automatic price calculator that will allow you to get an exact idea where you stand financially.

- Get a quote:
To get started you need to get a quote from us that is a binding furnishing offer. Just fill in our online order form (available here) and submit it with your personal and property information. At this stage you can choose from our different discount options.

You will then gain access to our online order management system, where you can view all your order details - detailed list of items, your contract, invoices, messages, payment status, etc. Through the system you can communicate with us any additional changes and requirements, until the very end of the buying process.
After reviewing your enquiry and clearing all issues we will give you an official quote, ready for your confirmation.

- Pay a deposit
After confirming your "go-ahead" you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. We need to receive the agreed deposit by a SWIFT transfer in order to start manufacturing and delivery.

What is the delivery process and period?

After we gain access to your property and take measures, we start the manufacturing of your furniture. Normally, we are ready to deliver within 2 to 4 weeks.  Our maximum delivery time is 30 days, and we mean it! Express orders are possible as well, at 25% extra, to be completed within 10 days.

What discounts are available?

- 5% discount for "Full Pre-Payment".
You can use this option if you decide to fully pay in advance for your furniture (compared to our standard 60% deposit).
- 3% discount for "Early Ordering".
You can use this option if you want your furniture to be fully installed within 60 days after paying the deposit (rather than within 30 days as our standard delivery time).
- 5% "Multiple units / Returning client" discount.
You can use this option if you are ordering MORE than ONE unit or if you have already used our service (returning client).

- "Volume discount" is applicable to all orders as follows:
 - for order above 5 000 Euro  - 3% discount;
 - for order above 8 000 Euro  - 5% discount;
 - for order above 10 000 Euro - 8 % discount.
