Furnishing you property in Bulgaria is an exciting venture but could be difficult for a number of reasons:

 - You purchased as an investor to let and need to comply with the travel agents furnishing requirements. 
 - You need to have it completed as quickly as possible. 
 - You have bought off plan or have only seen a shell of what will be the finished thing. 
 - You can only a spend a limited amount of time in Bulgaria as you are working and want what time you have, to be quality holiday time.
 - The completion of your apartment has been delayed and it is difficult to find when it will be.
 - It is difficult to find the contacts and organise the work to be done.

Even when everything is decided it is hard from a distance to monitor the progress and ensure that it will be completed on time and be of the standard required.

Many developers do offer a service from pattern books to help overcome this but these are frequently much more expensive than the local services and from experience are sometimes not of good quality or delivered on time. There have been a number of instances of families arriving for a holiday to find no furniture and wires through the ceiling.

What we do?
We can offer a complete individual service with input from an interior designer who will be able to work with you to find out what style, colour scheme and specifications you want. This could be for the basic fitments to then enable you to move in and provide your own soft furnishings at your leisure. Or to provide a complete package that can include such things as blinds, curtains, soft furnishings, bedding, kitchen utensils (including the tin opener, bottle opener and corkscrew) and cutlery. We can even ensure that there is basic food and wine in the fridge so that you can go straight to the pool, beach or bar and start your holiday from day one!

Whatever the package it will be done in conjunction with what you want, link in to the completion of the property and the date you wish to first use it.
